Gwyneth Paltrow has a website, Goop in which she shares aspects of her glamorous and fashion forward lifestyle. I saw her movie “Emma” and thought of her web presence and since I’ve been hearing about the Goop website I decided to finally took a look.
Her latest Goop newsletter discusses her new spring wardrobe choices and also (the main topic of this post), her charity auction on ebay.co.uk. Sixty-seven items consisting of new and gently used clothing and accessories, are being auctioned at the GOOP ebay store via Flogit4U to benefit the Robin Hood Foundation . The clothes and accessories are located in the U.K. but ship worldwide. Goop.com describes the Robin Hood Foundation as an organization that “…finds, funds and creates programs and schools that generate measurable outcomes for New Yorkers battling educational failure, joblessness, teen pregnancy, abuse, AIDS, hunger, homelessness and more“.
A few of the items up for auction are pictured below (click on photo for higher resolution pic). Check out the auction because there are many more labels on Goop’s eBay store than are listed here.
Items I’ve posted photos of include a Diane Von Furstenberg fuchsia dress, a Michael Kors jumpsuit, J Brand black bootleg flare jeans, a Prada cream trench coat, Proenza Schouler black suede platform shoes, Tod’s sandals, Stella McCartney running shoes for Adiddas, a Jimmy Choo large handbag in lime green with matching purse, a Chanel quilted handbag, a Valentino fringed brown snakeskin leather and suede bag, a Paul Smith canvas and leather messenger bag and Stella McCartney aviator sunglasses. The second set of pictured auction designer items inside after the jump…
Beautiful and trendy clothes to wish for or actually bid on if possible and at the same time, help a good cause.
