Loose fitting suits and tailored blazers were seen in on the runway in collections for this fall/winter – plaid, checks and power suits are classic autumn styles.
Houndstooth and wide-leg, slouchy trousers are trends you will see for Autumn 2019. Kristen Stewart again in Chanel, from the Fall 2019 Haute Couture collection. Kaley Cuoco in a Missoni Resort 2020 blazer and trousers that have a splash of bright color in the plaid pattern. Meanswear is more emboldened than it was once upon a time. And for the guys, plaid is a pattern that can be worn in an understated way or worn with panache.
